Squanto Helped the Pilgrims Prepare For The Coming Winter

So Squanto stayed with the Pilgrims. He showed them how to plant and cultivate corn and other crops. He taught them how to hunt on the land and fish on the sea. He helped them build houses and a fort. He showed them how to store their harvest away so they had provisions for the winter.

Things were going well and the Pilgrims were feeling prosperous. They decided to host a feast to give thanks for their bountiful harvest.
