In Vietnam, the climate is typically hot and humid. This adds on to the physical challenge of exploring the cave. Because of this, explorers can be susceptible to dehydration quickly. Those who dare to explore carry water bottles in case the climate decides to bring unforgiving conditions.
Today, the tour consists of a small group of adventurous people. Alongside them are two cave experts, three highly trained guides, two chefs, two park rangers, and up to 20 porters that take great care of the group for the duration of the trek.
While they all make the expedition a memorable one for each tour group, they hold the safety and well-being of everyone involved to a high standard.
