Celebrities With Famous Parents

25. Jamie Lee Curtis

You probably know Jamie Lee Curtis from starring opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in True Lies, or as the lead in all the Halloween horror movies. But what you probably didn’t know is that her mother was a very famous actress as well. In fact, both her parents were famous actors.

Her mom was Janet Leigh, an actress who is best known for her role in the horror film classic, Psycho. Looks like the apple didn’t fall too far from the tree here either. She won a Golden Globe for her performance in Psycho and was also nominated for an Oscar. When she was 24, she married Tony Curtis, an actor who starred alongside Marilyn Monroe in Some Like It Hot. The married couple starred in 5 movies together and quickly became Hollywood’s power couple of the 50’s. Janet passed away in 2004 at the age of 77, but before she went, she was able to act alongside her daughter, Jamie, in 2 of her films: The Fog and Halloween H20.
