Due to the potassium, magnesium and manganese present in bananas, they can have a whitening effect on your teeth. All you need to do is rub the pulp side of a banana peel on your teeth and let the chemicals absorb. Try not to close your mouth for 5-10 minutes and leave your teeth exposed so the minerals do not rub off.
